Terms & Conditions
These terms govern the use of the Legacium website and your enrolment in any of our educational programmes. Please read them at your own pace. If you have any questions, we are happy to clarify before you proceed.

1. Definitions
Throughout these Terms, the following words have the meanings set out below:
- "Legacium", "we", "us", "our" — Legacium, an educational programme provider registered and operating at 61 Ratchaphruek Road, Taling Chan, Bangkok 10170, Thailand.
- "You", "User" — any person who visits this website or registers for a Legacium programme.
- "Programme" — any seminar, workshop, or educational session offered by Legacium, including the Estate-Organisation Orientation, Records & Document Cataloguing Workshop, and Family-Business Continuity Information Programme.
- "Content" — all materials, documents, templates, handouts, and information produced or distributed by Legacium in connection with its programmes or this website.
- "Agreement" — these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
2. Acceptance of These Terms
By accessing this website or submitting an enquiry or registration, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to be bound by them.
Our programmes are open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older and who have the legal capacity to enter into agreements. If you are registering on behalf of a company or organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to do so.
3. Description of Programmes
Legacium offers the following educational programmes, all conducted in Bangkok, Thailand:
- Estate-Organisation Orientation (฿3,570 per participant) — A half-day seminar providing plain-language information on organising household records. Educational in nature; no individual advice is provided.
- Records & Document Cataloguing Workshop (฿6,630 per participant) — A full-day practical session on listing, labelling, and storing family records. Focused on administrative organisation only.
- Family-Business Continuity Information Programme (฿11,050 per organisation) — A two-day B2B programme covering continuity planning conversations and process documentation for family-run businesses.
All programmes are delivered in English. Session dates, times, and venues are communicated to registered participants by email in advance.
4. Educational Nature of Our Programmes
All Legacium programmes are educational and informational in nature only. They do not constitute, and should not be relied upon as, legal, financial, tax, investment, or any other form of regulated professional advice.
Participants are encouraged to consult qualified professionals — such as lawyers, financial advisers, or accountants — for guidance specific to their individual circumstances. Legacium does not make any representations about outcomes or results arising from information provided in its programmes.
5. Enrolment and Booking
Submission of an enquiry through our website does not constitute a confirmed booking. Enrolment is confirmed only when Legacium sends you a written confirmation by email. Legacium reserves the right to decline any registration at its discretion.
Places on programmes are limited. We encourage you to register early and confirm your attendance. We will do our best to notify you promptly of any changes to scheduled sessions.
6. Payment and Refunds
Programme fees are payable in Thai Baht (฿) by the method agreed at the time of enrolment. All fees are exclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Cancellation by participant: If you wish to cancel your enrolment, please notify us as early as possible. Cancellations made more than 14 days before the programme date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 14 days of the programme date may be subject to an administration charge, which will be communicated to you at the time.
Cancellation by Legacium: In the event that we cancel a programme due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer you a full refund of the fees paid or the option to transfer to an alternative date.
7. User Responsibilities
When using our website or attending a programme, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information when registering or making an enquiry.
- Treat other participants and Legacium staff with courtesy and respect.
- Not record, reproduce, or distribute programme content without prior written permission from Legacium.
- Not use the website in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its operation.
- Not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or its underlying systems.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website and all materials provided during Legacium programmes — including checklists, templates, presentations, and written materials — remain the intellectual property of Legacium unless expressly stated otherwise.
Participants are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive licence to use take-home materials for their own private, non-commercial purposes. Materials may not be reproduced, shared publicly, or distributed in any form without Legacium's prior written consent.
9. Disclaimers
The information provided in Legacium's programmes and on this website is for general educational and organisational purposes only. It is not intended to replace advice from a qualified legal, financial, or tax professional.
Legacium makes no representations that the information provided will be suitable for your specific personal or business circumstances. Participants are responsible for seeking appropriate professional guidance before acting on any information received in our programmes.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, Legacium's total liability to you for any claim arising from use of this website or attendance at a programme shall not exceed the amount of fees paid by you to Legacium for that programme.
Legacium shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from reliance on programme content. This includes, without limitation, any decisions made in relation to personal, family, or business affairs following attendance at a Legacium programme.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Legacium, its staff, and associates from any claim, loss, or expense arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of programme materials, or your failure to obtain appropriate professional advice in connection with any decisions made after attending our programmes.
12. Termination of Access
Legacium reserves the right to refuse or cancel a participant's enrolment, or to remove access to this website, where it reasonably believes that these Terms have been breached. Where a programme has not yet commenced, a refund of fees paid will be considered in accordance with Section 6. Sections relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability shall survive any termination.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be referred to informal resolution. If informal resolution is not possible within 30 days, the parties agree to submit the matter to the competent courts of Bangkok.
14. General Provisions
- Entire agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Legacium with respect to your use of our website and programmes.
- Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force.
- Waiver: Failure by Legacium to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce it in the future.
- Assignment: You may not transfer your enrolment or rights under these Terms without our prior written consent.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, the updated date above will reflect the change. We encourage you to review this page periodically. Continued use of our website or attendance at our programmes following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
