Three Programmes, Each with a Clear Focus

Each Legacium programme addresses a specific challenge families or family businesses face in organising and communicating about their records. All are purely educational — no individual advice provided at any stage.

An Educational Methodology Suited to Sensitive Topics

Estate organisation and family continuity planning are not typical learning subjects. They require a particular kind of facilitation — one that is calm, patient, and free of any agenda other than helping participants understand the information in front of them.

Legacium programmes are structured in three stages: information delivery, small-group discussion, and individual reflection with materials. Participants are never pushed to share personal details in a group setting. Discussions remain general, focused on categories and processes rather than individual circumstances.

All materials are reviewed on a regular cycle. Facilitation guides are updated when commonly encountered questions suggest a content gap. This means participants receive information that reflects how these subjects are actually discussed and navigated today.

1

Programme Overview & Context Setting

Each session begins with a clear explanation of what the programme covers, what it doesn't, and why the information matters — without pressure or urgency.

2

Structured Information Delivery

Content is delivered in plain language, sequenced logically, with time built in for questions. Complex ideas are broken into steps rather than presented as a wall of information.

3

Practical Application & Materials

The final stage of each programme focuses on how participants can apply what they've learned, supported by the checklist, template, or facilitation guide they receive to take home.

Estate Organisation Orientation seminar session

Estate-Organisation Orientation

A plain-language half-day seminar explaining how families generally organise personal and household records, and what categories of paperwork commonly matter. Purely educational, with no individual advice provided. Participants receive a take-home organisation checklist.

This programme is designed for people who are approaching the subject of household record organisation for the first time, or who have existing records that feel chaotic and want a structured way to think about them. No prior knowledge is needed.

What the Session Covers

  • Common document categories most households have
  • Simple frameworks for thinking about record importance
  • Where records are typically held and by whom
  • Common gaps families discover when they first look
  • Take-home checklist for your own household review

Family business continuity planning session

Family-Business Continuity Information Programme

A B2B educational programme that helps family-run companies discuss continuity and succession of roles and processes in a structured, communicative way. Covers planning conversations and process only — not individual entitlement matters. Includes facilitation materials for ongoing use after the programme.

Designed for leadership teams, this two-day programme creates a structured environment for conversations that are often avoided or approached ad hoc. Participants leave with a shared framework for thinking about what happens to roles and processes, supported by facilitation materials they can return to.

What the Programme Covers

  • Frameworks for structured continuity conversations
  • Mapping roles and processes for clarity
  • Identifying knowledge that exists only informally
  • Communication approaches for family business contexts
  • Facilitation materials for post-programme use

Duration

Two days with inter-session materials

Standards That Apply to Every Session

Participant Privacy

No personal information shared in sessions is recorded or passed on. Discussions remain at a general level, and nothing participants say is shared outside the group.

Strict Educational Boundary

Facilitators are trained to maintain a clear line between general information and individual advice. Any question that crosses into personal territory is redirected appropriately.

Regular Content Review

Programme content is reviewed at least annually and updated when facilitators identify gaps based on participant questions. Materials are current and practically relevant.

Managed Group Sizes

Each programme has a maximum group size to ensure every participant can follow and ask questions. Sessions are not run at scale for commercial efficiency.

Plain-Language Delivery

Technical terms are explained when they appear, and content is written and spoken for someone with no prior knowledge of the subject. Jargon is avoided wherever possible.

All-Inclusive Fees

Venue, materials, and refreshments are included in the listed fee. There are no additional charges after registration, and no upsells within any programme.

Enrolment Fees

All fees are all-inclusive. No extras after registration.
