What Attendees Shared After the Sessions
Siriporn W.
Bangkok — Orientation Attendee
"I went with no idea what to expect and came away with a really clear picture of what we actually have — and more importantly, what we're missing. The facilitator kept things general which I found reassuring. Nothing felt like a sales pitch."

Krittipat T.
Nonthaburi — Records Workshop
"The templates are the part I keep coming back to. I've used the inventory one twice since the workshop — once when we moved a lot of things around at home, and again recently when we had an insurance query. The format is simple but it covers everything you'd actually need to find."

Margaret R.
Sukhumvit, Bangkok — Orientation
"As an expat living here, I've always found navigating these topics in Thailand confusing. The Orientation was delivered in plain English and made no assumptions about your background. I finally feel like I understand what documents we should have and where they should be."

Preecha A.
Thonburi — Family Business Programme
"We'd been meaning to have a proper conversation about our business processes for about three years. The programme gave us a structure we couldn't seem to create on our own. Two months later we've actually written down how our key processes work. That hadn't happened in twenty years."
May 2025
Narin S.
Chatuchak, Bangkok — Records Workshop
"The workshop is a long day but there's a good reason for it — by the end you've actually done something, not just listened. I finished with a completed draft inventory for our household. That alone was worth the time. The facilitator was patient when we got into side discussions."
April 2025
James L.
Sathorn, Bangkok — Family Business Programme
"What I appreciated was the absence of any agenda beyond teaching us how to approach these conversations. Nobody tried to suggest what our business should do or where it should go. The focus was entirely on how to have the conversation well — and that was exactly what we needed."

Case Studies
What Changed for Participants After Attending
These are not before-and-after claims. They are accounts of what became clearer and more manageable after attending a Legacium programme.
Challenge
A family of four had no central record of where their important documents were kept. They knew they had property documents, medical records, and financial accounts — but no one person knew where all of them were or what they were called.
What They Did
Attended the Estate-Organisation Orientation, then the Records Workshop two months later. Used the checklist from the first session to identify gaps before attending the second.
What Changed
Completed a full household inventory within six weeks of the Workshop. All household members now know where documents are kept and what the inventory file contains.
"The checklist from the first session was the key — it gave us something specific to go home and actually do before we came back for the Workshop." — Household representative, Bangkok
Timeline: 10 weeks across both programmes
Challenge
A family-run trading company in Thonburi had never formally documented how its processes worked. The founder held all institutional knowledge and there was no written record of supplier relationships, order processes, or any other operational detail.
What They Did
The leadership team of three — founder, adult child, and operations manager — attended the Family-Business Continuity Programme together over two days.
What Changed
Within eight weeks of the programme, they had produced a written process guide for the company's five core operational areas, using the facilitation materials from the programme as a framework.
"We didn't realise how much of how we run the business lives only in one person's head. Writing it down wasn't as hard as we expected once we had a structure to work with." — Operations Manager, Thonburi
Timeline: 2-day programme + 8 weeks of internal work
Challenge
A recently married couple in Bangkok — one Thai, one British — realised their household records were split across two countries, held in two different languages, and organised according to two completely different systems neither of them had properly thought through.
What They Did
Attended the Estate-Organisation Orientation, followed by the Records Workshop the following month. Used the Workshop templates to build a shared, bilingual household inventory.
What Changed
Both partners now have a shared understanding of what records exist, where they are kept, and who holds what. The inventory is maintained as a shared file reviewed annually.
"Having a shared vocabulary for talking about our records was something I hadn't expected to get from an educational programme. It made the conversation between us much easier." — Participant, Sukhumvit
Timeline: 6 weeks across both programmes
